Usernames.
I've never understood why people put numbers in their usernames. If it has something to do with someone else having the original, non-number, username... how hard is it to come up with something actually original?
I've never had a username with numbers in it, But I guess it's okay if you think the numbers look cool.

Re: Usernames.
I've used this username for almost 14 years. I got it when Hotmail first launched. Originally I wanted Aceman, but that was taken, so I picked aceman67... and well, its stuck.
Can't see myself as anything else.

Re: Usernames.
Originally I was Zev2071 at the first forum, because Zev was taken. I think usernames are better without numbers if you can avoid having to add them because your name isn't taken.

Re: Usernames.
I don't like numbers in Usernames either. I have a few usernames, so I just take another one if the one I originally wanted is already taken.
Most people do it like Aceman and Zev I think. They just add some numbers if their original name isn't available.
What I especially hate is the names where letters are replaced with numbers, e.g.: R1D3R, 5A5Uk3 and so on. No excuses for those. <:

Re: Usernames.
I'm also one of those people who dislikes numbers and other symbols in usernames and keeps searching until a name which is not currently in use is found. But I have to admit, at certain popular places (take Hotmail, Steam or Gamefaqs for example) it's not easy to find an original username. And I imagine it's just getting harder as we go along.

Re: Usernames.
I only use Sazuka on this site. If you see a Sazuka on another forum, it's most likely not me... unless they have a cool sig. :thumb:

Re: Usernames.
Hell I doubt you'll find many sites or forums where Sazuka is available these days.
