You can view gifs with the Photo preview program, they just won't be Animated.

whenever i opened up gifs its always web browsered. i didnt notice. either way vista can kiss my foot.

if you right click it and select "Preview" it'll open the right program
Eh I guess i try that, I'm quite lenient with Windows because for the most part I know what to do. Just weird they never stick to what works.
