Animated avatars

I searched the forum and didnt find a valid awnser so heres my question

Whats the deal with animated avatars?

I see other users with them but It says I cannot upload animated images.

Do I need to buy somthing in the vbPlaza?

only eliete members and staff can have animated avatars
