We could just slap another 'i' on there and it'll all be good.

I bought AO in September 2006 from spdude. spdude had AO for around 9 months only. When I came on board, there were 3 admins... Sinistra, vegeta and myself. After an re-organisation, I appointed Trunks as admin who will just be the caretaker in case I get run over. Trunks doesn't really do much as admin, but is more there as backup.

There was a so called "big bang" that wiped out the database cause the previous owner didn't pay the hosting fees or something. Below is a brief history I have on my files. Don't know how correct it is though.

Ewdi (founder) sold it to CyberGig1. Then cyber sold it to the other admin at the time SpiderWeb. Then SpiderWeb got the board back up and running then sold it to Dan, Dan there inturn sold it to SPdude and now Welcome to the cycle of AO owners.

Since I have been here, implemented have been:

• Anime Series forums
• Splitting of Anime into Anime and Manga. Before all this was in just 1 forum.
• RPG Inferno
• Fleamarket auction
• Better Review System
• Chat thread, drama removed to the best of our abilities.

Amazing, AO's changed quite a bit over the years.

Not to mention had it's fare share of owners, which I can't say much about as i've only been around while DB been here.

You though DB seem to have been quite busy since you bought AO. I mean look at all the things you've done on AO.

You are a truly great owner and i'm sure all the members (even staff) of AO are with me on this one.

At the moment I am trying to get rid of my other sites in order to focus more attention on this site.

The mods here are great too... they all get along with each other and this saves me a lot of time.

Hmm RPG inferno dont seem firing up.. too bad i dont know how to play it.. sheesh..

and i miss the old chat thread.. xD

Cibergig1 was the founder and leader of the community, then he had a partnership with Ewdi who owned the AnimeOnline.net domain. Due to health issues Ewdi sold the site to Spiderweb, After a few months the site was whiped out and had to re-start from scratch, Spiderweb sold the site to his partner Dan. After been less than active Dan sold the site to Spdude, and then it was sold to you DB....

Facts: Sinistra, Jaderabbit, or Cibergig1 have never owned the site...
