Your site was bought by NOEZ if i'm right, a Chinese media company who also owns mangafox.com and otakuzone.com. You are now the Forum for animehere.com, the former zomganime.com.
Strange thing is there is no sign of NOEZ as a Company on any of those sites, like it was before. And noez.com isn't working for me anymore.
Zomg was bought by this Company a few years ago, they changed the mainsite without asking us what we thought about it, since we were "only" the forum staff but also former mainsite staff.
They took away most of the Admin rights, so we couldn't really change the Forum anymore. They sent one of them into the Forum as Admin so we had some sort of Person to speak to, but
he was useless and couldn't get things done. And now they changed the link from animehere to your forum, while i guess ours will be deleted (site expires 2.2.2013) and obviously not renewed.
Just imagine this Company as some sort of Internet - Borg
If you have any questions just ask, also i would like to speak to someone who is in "charge" here
that sounds kind familiar i have heard of another site going down that was pretty cool because of some company but i didn't know the name of it it was a site that was dedicated to DBZ they were off line after a few months of being owned by the company and not sure of the name of the company who bought the site either . and that would be trunks who is in charge unless the new owners say or do anything

I wouldn't necessarily say I'm in charge. I mean, i'm admin, but like i've already stated my capabilities are pretty limited so it's not like there's much I can really do. In my opinion the ones in charge are the ones who now own the site, they still go by the username Cowboy Bebop, for some reason they never changed it when they took over.
oh well maybe someone with limited computer knowledge bought AO without knowing what to do with the name thing ? though i doubt that i mean i have yet to see an owner of AO be that stupid since i have been here but it sucks they you are limited but it would be nice if they gave you more access to things if there not gonna do anything so you could get things going again

also could it be that the prime of this Forums was a few years ago?
i?m really wondering what the Chinese are thinking, if the think about such stuff as Forums at all (what the never did when they bought zomg :/)
not sure really but i do hope something good comes of having new owners though and i wonder why be bop sold AO to someone who might not be good for AO

true that's probably why which sucks because a few people on here that have been on a while think its more than about money to keep AO going but maybe will be said soon
