hi ,plz anyone here i need to know how can we make the thread title we're creating be written in the bold style instead of the usual one?

Well, its not needed. If you want to do something eye catching, think of good titles for your threads, and make sure the threads you start are good quality, other wise no one will post in them.

The reason its not needed is because if we do bring in the ability to make Thread Titles bold, everyone will do it, and then we're right back where we started, all threads looking the same.
Bold titles are used exclusively by the system (not the users) to show those threads with new unreaded posts, as soon as the user reads this thread the title will go back to normal.
