Can anyone join in the RPG forums?

I don't remember so well, but I think that I read that I am not supposed to enter an RPG forum until I have posted 100 times, is this correct?
(I apologize to you moderators for me being so scatterbrained....)

This refers to the on site interactive RPG GAME... The RPG Forum for Fanfiction story threads have no minimum posting requirements. However, there are some specific sections rules you need to be aware of and their all listed in the Rules/FAQ section link on the top bar of this web page...
