ex 200 pg topic about cars pg 23 no one goes to beacuase its old

before edit

Can't you just use the button to report posts? Also, if dead threads are dead, why care?

Hmmm, it would be a hassle to close them all.
Maybe a forum hack that automatically closes threads that have been inactive for 14 days or more? That's probably hard to do though...

But no more dead thread problems.

sry im not that technechal but i didnt mean that exactly something like that some way to prevent this cuase i think its a big problem people could destroy topics like that curse anyone like that and say anything like that

yeah i get what you mean, i think theres a program that will auto close all the old topics. ill see if the coder can set that up.

I can set it up where a post can't be edited after someone replies. then I will make a hack to close all topicas that are 14 days old

Yeah i apologise as i have only just started posting i didnt know about the whole 14 day rule thing and replied to something that was said in January lol...looking forward to long discussions on animeonline, totally awesome site.
