Front Page announcements

I've noticed that the two announcements threads that are shown on the front page are determined by which one has the latest post in it. Is there any way to change that. Instead of having the ones with the latest reply on top you get the two threads that are most recent shown. For example, within this week and last, we have threads for the chat room, the name change auction, the networking groups, and one more I forgot.

As a result, if we have an older announcement thread get replied in, that would appear on the front page and that takes away the whole point of getting the newest announcements out. As a matter of fact if the announcements on the front page can go up to three latest entries that would be even better, considering Tsurara sometimes gives out Merit Award.

I agree, it's kind of a bother to keep up to date with the new events taking place here because of that. I know I don't help though. I reply in the announcements thread every now and then.

Basically, you want the front page to display the most recently CREATED announcement right?

Yeah you are right on. In fact that's just one of things for the front page. It's really crowded with stuff not needed on the front page.
