I think it depends on your web browser. I know for Firefox you can't see the glowing. I think you can see it on IE though.
Alirght i bought glow user name and when it told me to type in a color i typed in purple and my user name is still grey whats up

I tried this too and hoped to get a glowing name too, but doesn't work, what you mean if it depends on your network?
Not the network its just that some browser such as Firefox just don't support those effects to they don't show them.

With IE7 I know that it works because thats the web browser I use maybe try that but Ninja your glow is purple and Hellknight if your not sure about yours it's white.
