help with adding images

I tried to add image but I don't know how to do this
Can anyone be kind to tell me how?

You probably did it right its just right now we are having issues uploading pictures. If you were trying to upload your own avatar, well you don't have to option to have yours own avatar until you become a community member, which means being her for 30 days and have 250 pots.
