u wanna know why people like me 16 or younger are on the site and i dont think ao wants to put adult content anime/manga on there site they have echi dont they use that! >< but tbh i think its discusting

Now there is a 'Hentai' section in the Gallery (which is access limited to 'Elite' Membership and above...), but due to the range of membership age on the General AO Forums, subject matter and posts are limited to a PG rating...

We've also had attempts to allow the subject in the past, but all previous attempts had to be abandoned due to a lack of 'self-control' among the posting participants...

Please try to remember that AO is a community of not just adults but children and other people who might not be into things like hentai. I know that there are things that should not be posted due to its indecency towards certain members. Although there are probably AO members that enjoy hentai, AO is probably trying to keep its content to be able suit most people. I can understand that some people are not into exposure of anime characters. I hope you do not take my thoughts as offensive.
