How do you change the color of username in posts?

I want to change the color because I just want it to be a different color. How do you change the color? And how do you change the name under your avatars? Mine just says community member. Iam talking about the text underneath the avatar not the other one.

You can buy a different color username in the vbPlaza. If you want a different rank you have to earn it by posting alot of good quality post.
