i wonder

i got a problem for 4 or even 5 days , when i want to upload pics to put in here i just can't upload them >< and i wonder why ? o.O ...

i wanted to upload a signature for the SOTW that _gwenibe_ started :

and i wanted to upload a pics of me XD in the Member gallery and this Message appeared Again :
