Infractions !

Now don't take the thread header the wrong
way i was wondering since mods super mods
and the admin suggest rules and change them
why not make ANOUNCMENTS about them
i just got an infraction my user bar because
there was a change in the rules recently for
user bars.

why wasn't there an announcement for this?
i read them and try to keep up with them
who reads them 24-7 to make sure things haven't
changed? anyway i want to suggest making announcements
or a rule announcements thread so no one else will get
an infraction for not reading the rules , and then give the infraction if they don't read the changed rules thread .

The User bar rule has been part of our Signature policy for well over a year and hasn't changed, Not reading the rules and saying "Well, I didn't know about it" isn't an excuse. There's a reason why the Rules and FAQ link is in yellow on the main menu, to draw attention to itself, now, I suggest you read them.

The only new rules that have come out recently pertain to the Gallery and to Favorite threads, both of which have had announcements.

From my understanding the rules have not changed for the userbars there still 400 (width) x 20 (height).If there was i think some thing would have bin said due to all the clan user bars. Could yours just have bin to big ?

Like Ace said the rules haven't changed for that aspect of the site. When things do change DB has been very good about announcing it. Thus I see no point for this thread, closing.
