weird, it's the first of March and he's still a normal member, maybe it will change when he signs on?

Achieved after 30 days AND 100 posts.

When in doubt read the rules and do some basic math 30 days from Jan 31st on a leap year is March 1st and since the key phrase is AFTER 30 days that means you should have it March 2nd, even then I am not sure how often that job runs on the Database so it might not be first thing tomorrow...but sometime tomorrow it will happen. If March 3rd rolls around and no go then PM Dragon Ball.
