Well I just got onto the site using firefox and you might find this as a stupid question but why can't I see the logo at the top?

Cache is like information that your computer saves, though I'm not the best person to give these kind of definitions. To clear it, go to Tools>Clear Private Data, and make sure Cache is selected. This is all through Firefox, of course.
