Thread: Mangahere Login Issues

Hi everybody, I found a workaround to fix the login issue... the issue doesn't seem to be browser dependet but it seems to be more "ip" dependent.

so what you have to do is try to login from somewhere else (internet caf?, friends, office, etc.).

once that you managed to login save all the "mangahere" cookies (if you're using firefox you can simply download an add-on like this one https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefo...-manager-plus/ , select all the mangahere cookies and create a backup file of those cookies).

once that you have all your cookies all you have to do put them / load them on your browser at home (with cookie manager+ on firefox you have to use the "Restore all" option and select the backup file that you had created).

it probably works also if you save just your username and password cookies, haven't tried it, saving directly all of them is easier and it doesn't add any effort.

in this way it doesn't actually login, it simply sees you as already loged in, so it doesn't make you end up in the "login loop issue" that you incur when you try to login and you can finaly access your bookmarks

I have the same problem too...
It's been 3 weeks when I first encounter this "Login Issues"....
and based on the messages above, I agree this problem has to do with "IP Address"....
Is your server bug???
If so, then please...
debug it real fast....
Many of us having this problem our now losing track in our favorite mangas....
I'm hoping that you, Mangahere can fix this problem immediately....

I don't think it's just an IP address problem. Without going to a different computer, I'm now able to login when I use firefox, rather than explorer. It's a tad slow and a lot of the banners and stuff are gone from the screen when I do, but otherwise, I can read and view the manga and updates just fine.

maybe you had loged in with firefox in the past so you still had the old cookies on it and you had the "remember me" checkbox selected...
on my pc it didn't mater which browser I used (I tried FF, Opera, IE8, IE9 and chrome) and had the same problem with every browser. using the cookies workaround is the only thing that worked for me.

Nope. Didn't have firefox on my computer until I couldn't login and some people suggested trying it. Didn't work for a week or two and then, bam!, suddenly it did. Doesn't work on Chrome or explorer. Only works on firefox with all the things I said above.

I have the same problem. So after reading previous posts, (and not understanding the stuff about caches and cookies) I decided to try using firefox and it works. For now. (I use Chrome normally). Since it's inconvenient to use firefox whenever I want to read manga, I still hope they fix it soon!
