member icon not visible

Just wondering if it's just me why my 'member' icon (under user name) is not visible... Does it automatically visible when someone join in this forum?

This sometime happens when the Forum 'auto-promote' function screws up bad. Send a PM to the admin known as 'Trunks', as he should be able to fix your problem...
