Actually I've been wondering how to do that too. What I can advise you to do is go and talk to Sinistra. His profile has that transparent background block. Whether he decides to help you though, that's another question.

Have you tried to not upload an image. Mine is transparent but thats because i didn't upload an image or set any colours to them when you go to edit your page style.

If that does work then edit a style where the block background is already set to transparent and just upload a body background image.

What I did was went to photoshop and mad a square then I picked the color I wanted and went to the opacity on your layer layout. Put it to about 75% that's what mine is at. Save it as a png and upload it where you want it to be transparent.

Best of luck and here's just way to do it I don't know if you will understand what I said or not but I hope you do.

Click on the block that has the color code in it and delete the code. then click apply or save, cant remember which, and it should do it.
I cant get my text in "my quotes" to change colors. it just keeps changing the block title and i have changed everything to see what would work but it still wont change. how do i fix that?

Go to block Title and change it it should work if not then report it to Dragon Ball it might be a bug with the system that he needs to know about. But try again and see if that works.
