Lord Katsuhito can I think he was the one who did it for me along time ago back when AO came back online ^.^
Not sure if its been made so your limited to how many times you can now but i know anyone who has accsess to the admin CP can change there name as many times as they see fit so thats Admins and Global Mods.
Edit: wanted to add most of the time its a bad idea people get confused.
simple answer.., no., you cant change your name., niether do we encourage making more than one profile, ., so basically you are stuck with your name.,
unlike most people you must think very hard before reg. with a name., (took me almost 4-5 days to come up with a suitable name before i joined AO)
