Thread: New Admins;New Skin...(Hehe...)

Gah gah gah! Skin! Yup truth to be told it has been here for quite a long time... im not bored of it though... i feel more like at home with this skin.. somehow i gotten used to it..

I've been to a few forums where the members can change the skin colour as they want it... like what iluvmyloser said.. i kinda like that feature...

And i suggest... Black! I loooooove black! hehe Please not to strong of a colour... might get our eyes hurt...

AO was from memory: light blue, white, dark blue, black, and now this grey one.

Why don't get back those skins and let people freely choose the colour whenever they want? Skin selecting option would be very cool! ^^ I love this idea!

._. ^ That's a great idea. But I wonder if they kept the old skins locked away in storage or if they just got rid of the old ones. :/ I doubt it, right, I mean skins are expensive after all. 9w9

But I'm sure if whoever did keep them, then it'd be fairly simple to add a skin chooser to the site.

Why not just use Firefox's Firebug program it shows all of AO's color schemes and just edit the codes in it. That way AO doesn't have to pay a damn thing for new themes. That's what I do anyway.

Some people don't know how to do that firefoxfirebug thingy...like me.^^

That and its a very un efficant way to do web design, that and it wouldn't work. the majority of the skin is actually images, if we change one color that doesn't mesh with those images, then the designs gone to hell.

Ok, I'm going to close this, since this conversation is going no where since the staff as told you that it is being worked on, but will not be implemented in the near or far future.
