    Poem of the week..

    I am suggesting to make a contest for the poem of the week...
    I mean look at all the poems in the poem thread... some of them are real good
    poems and they deserve more credits.. ^^

    This is how it works.. every week mods would take the best poem they could find...and the members vote for the best..

    or the member choose the best poem and the mods decide for the best...

    @.@ what chu guys think?

    and the poem of the month should be like the way it is only the one for the week is a lot more to free writing and the poem of the month is under a specific theme.. ^^

    Woah... at first you made it sound like you were actually ~Telling~ what was going to happen rather than presenting an idea.

    I like the Idea... sort of... Anything that inspires creativity, Im all for.

    I just makes me sad because I've recently moved and have VERY limited intenet access.

    Your idea is really good, RayMe, that would make this site even more interesting, espeshally for those who writte and like to read poems, it's really sad that good poems are not noticed... I could even start writing poems.

    I like the idea about the best poems getting noticed. I think that if more people notice the poems the more the person that wrote it would feel better about writing more for everyone to read.

    yeah.. it kinda can boost the poets in AO more confidence and make them more into making their poems...

    It is just like watching the poems in tht thread left unappreciated...

    If the confidence of the poeters got boosted... there would be more participants in poem of the month contest...

    Because they have obtained that level they are arrogant. You have to kep in mind when you talk about these guys they are kind of dorks who probably didn't excel at much and this is their only outlet to flex their muscles. Their egos would suffer no less so the the forum suffers some more. Watch one way or another they will probably repond to this post with a threat. But there are better forums out there.
