If you are talking about advertising, then no, you are not allowed to do that. To quote from the AO Rules:

well it depends...is it like an AMV(anime music video) u wanna show ppl? then yes it's okay there's a sub forum in the anime section....like kedar said read the rules they help alot

Yeah, are you talking about posting a link to an AMV? If so, you may do so by going to this sub-forum: AMVs Sub-Forum. Just make sure that it contains no hentai.

The moderators will decide if it's an ad or not.
Youtube links are not really an advertisement for youtube so they are generally allowed.

The exceptions to Youtube links is, (of course), hentai, and links to licensed Anime series... The AO is hosted on servers located in the US, the Forums are subject to US copyright and trademark laws...
