Hmm, all I can say is for her to give the email activation some time. It doesn't go to you right away. I'm pretty sure everything is fine, and that you (or your friend) just needs to wait. If you still haven't recieved anything, then you could post again. But other than that, I'm sure she just needs to wait for the activation link. Also, make sure that the email for she told AO to send the activation link to is the email she is checking.
