No, I don't think you can go as far as put codes and html on the profile. They're not "advanced" as myspace and xanga. You can change the background and colors and text...but no html. Sorry.
If I'm wrong, someone may correct me.
I hope that AO would be Upgraded till it's like that of Myspace and frenster and other webs...but i am happy with AO now and hope that AO would grow bigger... ^^

Dargon Ball doesn't make Zoints, you will have to ask the original creator. Google and you'll find.

What Hassun means is just type in Zoints in google and bam theres the site there u can ask the person who made it what u want.
