Thread: Profile background

Hello everyone. There have been multiple threads on this so please check the feedback thread before posting a new thread on the topic.

As an update. There are some issues with the Zoints system we use for the profile pages. DB has been corresponding with the Zoints engineers and staff to try and get them to fix the issue but so far no luck. For now, we have to deal with the flawed Zoints system, but are working on resolving the issue or finding a better alternative. Its going to take some time so do not expect an overnight fix

How big is the file size of the picture?? If it is too large sometimes it doesn't work.

I too have had this problem. I kept wonder why. I changed the sizes some really kinda small and some kinda big.......I hope this reall gets fixed soon. I will have to use my other saved profile

I want to point out that if you have a previous picture as your background, you have to remove it first before uploading a new one. I hope this tip helps you all.
