Hmmmmmmmm, another crazy person...............lol j/k. Dragonball won't shout too loud, lol. But, just have patience as rave says.
You could try getting another picture of the same sort? Seeing how you already have the link saved onto your computer, maybe try getting the same picture from another website, and saving it again. Once you have it saved onto your computer, then try uploading it onto your profile background.

OOook now, it's not the pic because he didn't even try to upload it yet. When he goes to click the upload link to be given the option of uploading a pic, he gets an error message. How can it be the pic, if he can't even get to the screen that let's him choose it. It's the link, not the pic.......lol.
I have a lot of pictures on my computer =P I save all my pictures, but I thought of that, but it doesn't help =(
