Thread: Question

I plan to post an rp idea but I dont have the time right now. Though while im here i might as well ask...
So- do people just post the general idea, get it approved, then start going into detail, making char sheets, ect...
or do you just post everything right off the bat? I see lots of other people just posting one-sentenced ideas .-.
