Ok, I have no understanding of the setup for the level of people, or whatever it is.

There is the user title, which I was able to find a threat to explain it.
Based on posts:
1 – Newbie
100 – Diamond in the Rough
500 – Upcoming Legend
1000 – Shining Star

What I can’t find an answer for, and can’t figure is,
1) What the green square things are (they state I will become famous soon enough for me) and how you get them.
2) What the badges are and how you get them and how they change.
3) What the label on the top that says member for me, but other things for others is and how that changes.
4) What is the add to ____ reputation thing for.
Could you please explain these things to me?

1) The green squares are your reputation level...it is meaningless here on AO.

2) Badges are a visual representation of your post count, they change at different intervals as your post count increases.

3) As you post or get promotions you reach different levels. Once you reach 100 posts you become a community member 500 and you reach Elite member etc... there are also time constrants on these levels.

4) It allows you to add rep points to someone, again not used here on AO.
