i think the current standards are just fine, even if they are limited it forces your mind to come up with creative solutions to save space.
i think that artists should be given limitations as well as freedom, so your mind can learn to work in different ways. so i say that the current limits are fine they way they are and have great potential if you work hard enough to find it.
Yeah, as I see, the sigs in here are pretty small. But it's ok. Big sigs would take all the space. lol
I luv cats!!! ^_^
Once agin i say. look if your going to post make your post meaningful. i already posted a example of your so called "big sig" and no they dont take up as you say ( all) the space. no more than these do now.

Sassie I agree with you. I think that 400x150 is a great size to go by. I like the size 350x150 myself.

Leonardo could still make a masterpiece, even if it was on an 8" by 11" canvas, and so i think these limitations are just fine.
i'm not completely against changing the regulations, i just don't think it's a problem to go up in arms about...
but then again, i'm not a graphics person as you all know, so smaller sizes work better for what i do. but, if the sizes change, i can still work with it and make some pretty good sigs.
*Sigh..* well let me come right out and say these things..
1.)Ok think of it this way. what makes you think the quality of there work wont go up if they have more room to work with. and once agin your incorrect. u did say you are not a graphic artist so i cant exactly go with your idea that. the talent of the artist thing and size. mainly because small tags well i mean ive seen some good ones but. you cant do much to it because its so small...i hate small signatures.well, i look around and i see the quality of work people make with the current standard, and i am impressed time and time again. i think it's a reasonable size and that you can make a lot out of it. the quality of the sigs have nothing to do with size, but with the talent of the artist.
2.)Eh....limitations are not find. no one is saying you cant use your 115 size continue to use it if u want. but us that want bigger better things will be moving on from that hopefully.Leonardo could still make a masterpiece, even if it was on an 8" by 11" canvas, and so i think these limitations are just fine.
3.)Were not goin in arms about this. im just speaking for all the other GFX artist users who go to alot of places and the minium is like at least 130. mainly for example. i make 1 signature for my other sn which is what i use for other forums. i have to make a completly new signature to fit the limitations of this forum -_-i'm not completely against changing the regulations, i just don't think it's a problem to go up in arms about...
4.)Smaller sizes work better for you because your (used) to working with it. im sure if you had a bigger workspace you could do more.but then again, i'm not a graphics person as you all know, so smaller sizes work better for what i do. but, if the sizes change, i can still work with it and make some pretty good sigs.
PEOPLE. just because the size is being upgraded (hopefully) that doesnt mean you cant still use 115. that just means the biggest now would become the minimum.
