Staff Involvement

What about your staff that does nothing just uphold the title? How some of them don't even mod or anything?? That is what he is also meaning. You have some moderators that don't even do things on the site and some that have not been seen in over a month. Send them praise. I barely see any work from them being done. I'm not trying to start something but bring it to your attention Dragon Ball....This is what I meant when I PMed you and said get some staff that actually care for your site and would do their best to better your site and keep it all under control.

Good luck on getting anything like tha taround here. they don't like staff that takes time out of their day to make this site a better place for people to hang out. I should know this becuase I was one that cared about this site till a group of hudlums plotted against me to remove me so DB could putup his stupid dating service

I'm always keen to have good staff. Stats shown to me when I login indicate that all staff have been online within the past 24 hours, and typically this always occurs. As to actively doing something when online, I'm sure the staff will do so if they see something out of place.

If staff do not make comments or participate in general discussion, then that would be grounds for inactivity.

Well in my opinion too there are some mods that don't even mod the site anymore they just keep the title and that is all.

Well some of us get busy in life, we do have things going on besides this. Though we try to be on here as much as humanly possible. If staff was guilty of this they will be reviewed.

I'm not saying that you are not busy. I am also busy with work hanging out with family going to movies and just things like that but I do get on this site alot and as much as I can...

Well... staff is not perfect and also they have a life... everyone of us here on AO we have a life besides this one. Plus one cannot ask for anyone to be perfect or to do the work perfectly. Some days they are going to fail, as everyone at least once in life fails. That does not mean that they are totally bad or that they just want to keep the tittle. I bet that if a mod or someone on a "power" position were not doing its job he/she'd be alredy removed from position or something. Being a co-worker or staff member of something is not an easy task.... one is on a hard position... one cannot make everyone happy. Plus the time demanding... this becomes like a second job.... people get tired... and one of the the ugly part is the enforcement of the rules... no one likes to be corrected... that's what staff do... and I am so sure that you know that...
I bet you that the majority of them do all what they can to be here at least once a day... I think you are being a lil harsh (no attacking you whatsoever) at them. Hey... dealing with people (even online) is not easy; and it becomes harder when plus their work they become attacked...
Just try to understand. There are some that don't do their job, like on everything. But they will be take care off, like on everything...
