Subscription Threads

How do you turn the subscription threads off? I 'm curious cause it's been bugging me for quite sometime.

u have to go to ur user cp and there should be a list of subscribed threads and u can unsubscribed from there

1.) Go you your 'User CP'
2.) Select 'Edit Options'
3.) 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' under the 'Messaging & Notification' section.
4.) Select 'Do not Subscribe'
