Well except for certain gallery sections, there is no age limit on anything on this site. However, we do recommend people to "act a certain age". As long as you follow the rules you will be fine.

You have to be old enough to basic/intermediate English. Mainly because it's the language we use at AO.

A lot of people on the internet lie about their age anyway. We place mental age above physical age.

well thats the truth a lot of people hear seem to be dum dums its kind of sad some times

True you can prove somebody wrong just by speaking older but it is always nice to tell the truth

nah there isn't an age limit but i think u should know about basic stuff. but AO is great because people of all ages,races, and sex can come here and talk about anime or anything else on their mind. that's why i keep coming back ^_^.
