Who rates the threads?

I've always wondered, never asked.

Anyone should be able to rate the threads, there's an option at the top of page for "Rate Thread". Not sure, but the final rating may be the average of each individual rating.

Anyone can rate threads. Isn't that fair? More people need to rate them, though, to get a more accurate reading.

Yes, that's why I was wondering. Because anyone can give their thread a rating of five, when in fact it isn't that great at all.. I suppose it is a free for all, though. Thank you for the replies.
