You need to go to your user cp and disable the subscriptions. It did the same thing to me.
Okay I have already disabled the e-mails on telling me when someone responded to a thread or post I did, but it still sends me them!! Why is that??

Try marking all those e-mails as bulk mail, that helped me...
But the best way is to do as Descended From Darkness said... just delete all the subscriptions...
ahhhhhh!! I get to many e-mails so I'm gonna get busted by my parents if they see all of them! And yes I clicked "submit" when I did that!! waaaaaaah!! Someone help meeeeeee!!!!!
