Its a kind of gift shop system we have here on AO..You can points that you earn as you post and then you can choose to back the points in the VBplaza menu.
Yes, like Dancy said, you earn points by posting in threads across the forum, and the bank is like the place, where you can deposit the points for later use! And, vbPlaza is the shopping mart!
