what are those little badges underneat our names

Its a representation of how many post you have.

=25,000

=10,000

=5,000

=1,000

=500

=100

=50

=10

We need symbols for 5 and 1.

Then if that represents how much posts we have then why does it show still how much post we have them.(sorry if its a dumb question want to know)

the question is why not??., and plus, its more accurate. the badges are just pretty eye candy. (note: its pretty standard in forums anyway :P)

As others said it already, those badges represent your post count. Next time, please do use the search button - many have asked the exact same question. And, like Sas pointed, it's also in the rules.
