That's gotta be the dumbest thing I've ever heard! Although, now I wanna move to liverpool and open a tropical fish store, LOL!

We've got a pretty stupid law here in Minnesota--I promise I'll look up more--actually, it's in Minneapolis rather (one of those 108 year old city laws that no cop would dare to enforce). It's illegal to spit on the sidewalk. I see people spitting all the time! Why it's still illegal is beyond me! I know that you couldn't about a century ago because everyone and thier mom chewed tobacco, but I mean, damn... What would happen if I was walkin' down the street and decided to spit some nastiness out of my mouth, or if I coughed up some crazy lung butter and a cop tries to arrest me? He'd have to chase me to be able to take me to jail over something that dumb. LOL.

I hear that in, correct me if I'm wrong, North or South Dakota, it's illegal to sleep with shoes or socks on. LOL. That's pretty funny too.

--Women are not allowed to wear pants. If they are caught wearing pants, soldiers are permitted to snatch them off the women and tear them to shreds.

Absurd and i dont see the good points in that... @.@ (note= africa already has a high number of AIDS... ~.~)

In Haines, Alaska they have a law that it's illegal to break the law. Lol.

It's illegal to view moose from an airplane.

In good old Illinois (from CrazyLaws.com - Dumb Laws)

I wonder if that last one is still actually on the books, seems like if people know it's there, there'd be some outcry to have it repealed (can't imagine that it's actually enforced, but I've never been to Fairfield to know firsthand).
