Of course I am aware of how bad coke/Pepsi/soft drinks are.
But this is an addiction. When we are addicted, we just don't seem to care. That is why addiction is a very hard thing to overcome. <u_u>

Heh, yeah. I see people guzzling down soft drinks like nobody's business, and I grimace and wonder how the hell they do it. My soft drink intake is, like, one can of 100 Plus a week? Hahahaha. Every Sunday, when I play badminton.

You could try getting addicted to cold drinking water, like my sister did. It's not such a bad addiction, except that it'll have you running to the loo every hour.
