i had a guy at work, who i told off cause he was being really annoying. i told him no offense and so on, and tried to be as professional as i could, but he went on a little tirade, told a manager, and got me written up. I have since ignored him, but he consitantly follows me, and trys to make my life a living hell.
What should i do?
