Re: Anger Management
Seriously bottling up anger IS NOT A GOOD IDEA, lol trust me.
I had a friend who was very annoyed and got angered(but didnt show it) easily from another friend. When he reached a certain point(at this point it was bottled up for about 2-3yrs), and from bein there, it was ugly yet funny.
i dont bottle my anger, i just dont have anything to be angry about. i seriously cant remember the last thing i was actually mad about. (i misplace money alot, but it doesnt bother me,but wow if it was my music equiptment i'd let everyone know how insane i'd get.)
it must be the amount of tea i drink that always has me totally zenned out.(its probably equivalent to a smoker who will smoke 5 consecutively after another after a minor incident occurs.)

Re: Anger Management
Well I'm quick to agitate but to really get me to loose my temper you have to do something repeatedly. Usually I walk away before that happens but for thos foolish ones that follow me and keep it up they will see a side of my that will scare them. Normally however I'm quite laid back and not much bothers me.

Re: Anger Management
No one should see that side of you. But then again no one had seen you before everything happen. Your just a down to earth baby and you sometimes have a nasty bite to you. Me and anger management really don't get along.

Re: Anger Management
I normally bottle up anger, only for a short while though. Mainly I can be tempermental. I've had times where there were problems dealing with it though, like throwing a giant tantrum or a really big explosion of yelling. When I'm being rational about it, I just write how I feel or poetry can come from it.

Re: Anger Management
I usually just take a few deep breaths and grit my teeth. If the angering situation is done continuously, I usually end up resorting to violent or angered verbal manners. I've kept it bottled up inside and it's casually slipped over time.

Re: Anger Management
Isn't a good idea keep inside your angry. You need to. . .sweept away. When i'm angry, i walk while i listen music. Classic and hard rock music helps me to feel better. Some times i scream, but only when nobody listen. This is what i do. Y ya.

Re: Anger Management
I used to keep my anger bottled up so when some one finally set me off i would just explode. But over the years i have learned to show it more and let my anger out slower then in one big burst. But don't get me wrong it still happens some times but not like it used to even so its not as bad.
