Thread: Bottled Emotions

What kinds of problems in a relationship are better smoothed over to maintain a friendly tone, and what kinds are better confronted openly no matter how threatening that prospect seems?

To me I'd talk about things in a friendly tone if it is about little business things... but as for personal feelings it's ok to let it all out.... scream yell punch a punching bag if it makes the person feel better. I don't tolerate abuse but letting frustrations out is healing.
