I can just about cook eny thing i want which is great lol not needing to reliy on eny one to cook for me.Im pretty good so much so half the time im cooking for every one instead of my mother.I started to cook around when i was five so i am pretty good at it now and learn some great recipe from my grandmother ( which im the only one out of my family now who knows how to make em ).
But my fave thing to make would be hmm...... Stir fry it doesn't com out to bad.Ill put in pees,potatoes, chicken or beef (what ever i have),and bunch of other stuff.But i don't make it to often even tho its my fav lol.

this may sound mudane, but it kinda upsets me that i cant buy cooking wine, or beer for beer batter fish... you can get the already made kind, but its not as good...
and i also enjoy stir frying, i guess cuz youre always doing something.
oh yes, IF ANYONE DECIDES TO FRY RICE, use day-old white rice. this way its dried out some in the fridge, so it wont be so sticky [sticky fried rice =YUCK]....i still end up using a little too much oil...

a few days ago i tried cooking.. @.@ sheesh mission was failed... xD i end up burning em egg... -.- thx to them "non-stick" frying pan... sheesh

My boyfriend does most of the cooking, since he's OCD about household chores and insists on doing just about anything... but whenever he's away from the stove long enough to let me at it, I'm pretty decent.
I often make my own tomato sauce for spagetti, chicken marsala, okonomiyaki, karaage, and fried rice. I'd love to bake... but in Japan, ovens cost small fortunes and I've got no place to put one anyway.
fish drink would be mine even though i dont i have cook a thing i just go get some sushi and pepsi and pour it into a blender best drink ever made to me some i do it with with pink lemonade koolaid if i dont have any pepsi
Simply put, I'm good when it comes to any recipe that doesn't involve frying.
Hmmm.... cooking... well... I don't do it very often.... i'm still in the if-it-has-directions-written-on-it-somewhere-i'm-good good stage...There is a lot that i can do with those types of items though.
Cuz' you can add something that will make it taste better or have an extra little kick... I acctually caought my mom putting a pinch or two of sugar in the mac and cheese once... At first i thought she was putting posion in it or something cuz' she knows that it is one of my favorite dishes...
Although i can cook some things that you just throw in a crock pot and let sit all day... but that's not really cooking is it??? hmm... nope not much of a chef but i'm on my way!!!^^
