***Breaking News**
The most deadliest school shooting just occurred at Virginia Tech in Virginia. At least 22 people(Students and teachers) are confirmed dead, and 21 seriously injured. The shooter was shot dead thank god.
Man this makes columbine look tame, and this time its at a college. I just don't get why these Bas***** take innocent lives. Just wrong.

You definitely don't see stuff like this all the time so unfortunately there's really no way for schools, especially university guards to ensure the safety. Here's the article:

The guy propably had a reason to feel angry at the whole world but nothing can excuse something like this... It's terrible!!! It just makes me feel that I shouldn't go studying to foreign countries, that it would be better to stay in little peaceful Latvia, nothing like that happens here...
