I think its true.For many reasons.I was watching somthing about it and it said that 2 wizards predicted the end of life as we know it will take place.And it also said that the mian(AN acient clivaztion) calander stop at the year 2012.Bout depending on how u interpret "The end of life how we all know it"It could mean many things.Maby just changes will accour.Maby the world will blow up.Maby the sun will die out.Maby there will be a 2nd ice age.But i interpret it as Something major will happen that will whipe out human existance for a peroid of time or forever.But It all depends on how u interpert things.

the mayan calendary marks the 2012 has the begining of the new sun
what does it mean? i dont remember the date of this but... one day, in a weather field(i guess it was in England),a strange mayan draw appeared. it was a mayan calendary and the 2012 was marked. Maybe , i say maybe we could meet a new life form? maybe they are trying to tell us that all we r doing in the world will lead us to the destruction? well no one knows... uhh about the end of the days, its not true

these romors i heard in 1998 too when a guy had a vision that earth would ended in 2000, so guess what we're pretty much alive, i dont give much atention to these guys, coz they dont have much to do!! I do!! so i wont waitin... loooooo!!

Ahhh the good ol 23 theory. Im sure guys know of iT the myans predicted the world to end in on december 12 2012 because it all equals 23. Alot of the things in life equal 23 if you look closely in fact look at your keyboard. look at the Letter W closely. It has 2 points down and 3 points up then look what is directly above W. 23 of course. its odd but i dont belive in the world ending. Im chirstian......

So untrue. Why with our modern technologies these days, it couldn't possibly be true. I am trying to help the earth from global warming just like many people. A video i watched didn't state the Calendars were always and every time right. Many people are studiying to help our planet, and that is good. So no, i dont believe.

In all truth and honesty, no. There have been so many predictions on when the Earth is going to end that I don't even pay attention anymore. If the world is going to end then it is going to end. If it's not then it's not. I'd rather live my life to the fullest without worrying which day is going to be my last. As for the prediction coming from Nostradamus, I don't have faith in his predictions because most of his predictions are very vague and could be referring to a variety of things.

Well when 2013 rolls around I'll be starting a thread saying that were all still alive. I can't see how you can follow the predictions of a mortal no different than yourself on when the world will end. If this was how things worked then you should all fear me cause I could predict that it would end at any time.

Anyways, you guys ever hear about the pray to a jug of milk?
If you havn't then its something like this:
They say when you pray to GOD, GOD will answer you with "Yes", "No", and "Wait"

So lets say I now pray to a statue of my GOD, I ask for a five dollar bill.
Now then GOD will answer me with "Yes", "No", and "Wait"

So if I pray today, I suddenly got a five dollar bill the next day on the road, I'll say GOD replied me with "Yes".

If I didn't get a five dollar bill the next day, I might think GOD answered me with "No" or "Wait".

So if I think GOD answered me with "Wait", I will have to pray again and the whole "Yes", "No", and "Wait" starts again . . . So after a week I got my five dollar bill and I would say GOD replied me with "Wait" . . .

Same will happen if I pray to a jug of milk . . . get what I'm saying?

From my opinion, this so called "predictions" makes heir statement a bit general. The way I look at this one, how would I didn't know the biggest city will be?
