beast is absolutely right, the 'bad for your health' argument is pretty poor argument, MJ some argue, is 'healthier' for you than tobacco, but we sell and tax the hell out of that. And the last time America tried to outlaw alcohol, well, if you read the history books you know it didn't work out.:laugh:
The main decent arguments for MJ's continued ban to me would be that it's largely considered the gateway drug, or in other words leads users to try harder more dangerous drugs like coke, heroin, etc, and it would be even more readily available to kids underage than it is right now. The only thing worse than a drunk adolescent would be a stoned adolescent.
