Well yes as we endure we gain knowledge.
I was overweight inbetween the sports i did i laid of for like 5 years so in that time i pick up some unnessesary fatties.
Today i am on the road to recovery and i am doing well eating Vegs,Fruits,Fish,and ones a week red meat about 100g piece.
So yeah i saw a video on New Diet for America that made me look into my eating habits and so on and i have made huge gains in the area of loosing fat by just cutting the meat down to 20% of my diet.
U might ask what i eat.
Animal products/dairy/meat 30% a week 7 days so that means if u have 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners only 6 contains animal products.
The rest of the time fruits, vegs, carbohydrates.
U see the big thing is that even if we don't excercise we tend to keep on eating like when we did excercise.NO NO NO.......
We have to eat for the excercise we do if we don't we don't need that vast amounts of energy because we don't use it, it just get stored as fat if not used.
I am nearly there.maybe another 2 months No pressure
