    Gosh, animechick, you're awfully underweight for someone who eats so little. I am SO jealous of you. >__>


    Back when I was still on the track team I was pretty fit, but after I stopped my club activities in 11th grade to study for O Levels I started gaining weight... you know how studying into the late hours of the night and all that thinking makes you hungry? Yeah, I'd be snacking in the middle of the night and stuff. Gahhhh. PB&Js were my best friends then. Now I'm still trying to lose all the weight I put on last year.

    But I'm a moderately small eater. A lot of people think it's funny how such a small eater like me isn't underweight. I think it's weird too. I don't eat a lot, and seeing oil on food turns me off the idea of eating it. But I'm 5'3", and weight 110 lbs. Why in the world...?????

    Exercise... let's see, I play badminton once every 1-2 weeks, and I walk my dogs off and on, and I go shopping, and I go out to photograph stuff. That's about all the exercise I do. I'm not a gym junkie.

    Well yes as we endure we gain knowledge.
    I was overweight inbetween the sports i did i laid of for like 5 years so in that time i pick up some unnessesary fatties.
    Today i am on the road to recovery and i am doing well eating Vegs,Fruits,Fish,and ones a week red meat about 100g piece.
    So yeah i saw a video on New Diet for America that made me look into my eating habits and so on and i have made huge gains in the area of loosing fat by just cutting the meat down to 20% of my diet.

    U might ask what i eat.
    ----------------------
    Animal products/dairy/meat 30% a week 7 days so that means if u have 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners only 6 contains animal products.
    The rest of the time fruits, vegs, carbohydrates.

    U see the big thing is that even if we don't excercise we tend to keep on eating like when we did excercise.NO NO NO.......
    We have to eat for the excercise we do if we don't we don't need that vast amounts of energy because we don't use it, it just get stored as fat if not used.

    I am nearly there.maybe another 2 months No pressure

    Sadly, I need to exercise more. I am heathly, I'm just not fit. Though, I am taking two personal fitness courses at school.

    well the last thing on my bludy mind would be exercise, thats jus me an luckily I can eat like a pig but dont put on a single pound, the problem is though I think i'm a little to slim, but attempting to put on a little muscle if not weight. Apart from that gotta admit I actually eat pretty healthy, have ecasional runs of junk food, but ya gotta.

    Let's see: I practice yoga and meditation, I spare with my brother and best friend, I lift weights and do a little acrobatic, I eat and drink healthy (like green tea and soy milk, rice, noodles, chicken, etc). So in a way, i pretty healthy.

    I don't know how you'd determine how healthy I am, but I'd consider myself pretty healthy. I exercise pretty often, but I wouldn't go so far as to say that I'm a sports junkie. Yes, I love sports in general, but I do have my lazy moments. ^_^

    how do you feel about yourslef in appearance?
    Myself in appearance? At roughly 86lbs, and a mere 5' in height, the only thing I'm devastated about is my height. >_<"

    omg i love eating!!!!!!!!!!! i love tacos, burgers, nachos, burritos, chis, cookies, ice cream, apples, pie, CAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, turkey ham, burgerking, wendys, mcdonalds, pepes, tacobell, kennys ribs and chicken, hot links, soda, spighetti, lasagna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love it all!!!!!!!!!!!!

    and yet i dont gain much. besides, i ahve a bowflex, ab lounge, and a pilates tape so me and ash are pretty curvy and in bikini shape!!!!!

    Too much soy milk isn't healthy, and too much tea isn't healthy either. There have been people who've died from drinking too much tea, though I figure they must've been the kind who drank glass after glass religiously. >__> I'm pretty big on green tea though. The powder kind, not the teabags. It really does wonders for my metabolism.

    Oh, I forgot to add: I do push-ups everyday. That has got to be the most strenuous exercise I do each day. ^^;; I normally do about 50 in the morning (I'm too tired to do more, geez!), another 50 when I get home from school and 50 before bed. It doesn't sound like much to some of you fitness freaks, but hey, I'm a girl. And I'm not a world-class athlete. >__>
