Do you get along better with your father or your mother?

When I was younger all people would expect me to get along better with my father. Some say that girls and fathers are a better mix, at least at young age I think things are different when he doesn't let you go to a party and threatens your partner with death and other stuff…

so... Do you get along better with your father? Is your mother a better choice? How do you think in that?

well if it wuz up 2 me i would say my mother b cuz i barely c my dad n my mom knos me better cuz im her only daughter...when my mom wuz young she had up 2 7 or more brothers,my grandma actually luv my mom more than her own son b cuz she wuz da only daughter she had....it's wierd though i have 3 brothers n my mom have plenty..da only difference between my mom n grandma iz my mom treat my brother n i da same n grandma treat my mom differently than my mom's brothers ....i hope i answer ur question if not post me on my PM....XD.....

I get along with both of my parents. Though had some pretty tough battles with my dad XD. Me and my mom are like best friends and we play all the time. She teases me, I tease her...nice little relationship. My dad is a bit more serious though pretty fun too.

I always got along better with my father better than my mother.
He was always much calmer and if I screwed up and made some mistake his first response would not be to yell at me like my mother, but to talk things out peacefully and logically.
I think I always favored my father to my mother...even though in my opinion the bond between a mother and a daughter is supposed to be stronger than with the father.

well neither really.... but if had to say on or the other it would be my dad... he is not the best person but he is alot more understanding then my mom....

My mom because I don't understand my dad nor do I have anything in common with him.
I am a only child, so I am the only girl that my mom has, my dad and me have a weird
relationship, I think of him as more of a brother than a dad. Probably because he is
annoying, yes basalisk more annoying than you, this is probably also why we are friends
I have a good tolerance level, but compared to him you are serious not annoying.

I would get along great with my old man, he was awesome. He taught me many things. . . like how to mess with cars, and computers! ^_^ My mom, a.k.a. Dude, is awesome too. Mostly because she's immature just like I am. She introduced me to the wonderful world of art and ear-splitting rock! (Yes Bikini Kill too)

I would have to say i get along best with my mother.At least she has been there for me when i have need her unlike my father.My father......eh i have not talked to him in years i don't want to have any thing to do with him and he doesn't want anything to do with me.So pretty much i hate him since he never even tried to be a farther figure in my life...

I don't really know who I get along better, there are different things I can talk about with them and do around with them.
My dad is very calm and mostly optimistic so it's easy just to be around him every day, but I can't really talk to him about stuff (duh!). He is also nice with that that he always allows me everything- all parties and stuff, he buys me stuff easily and so on, but then again my mum is so strict that I better ask her first (my dad won't stand up for me too

)
On the contrast, my mum is very strict and very moody (I think I'm more into her too >.<), she doesn't easily allow me to do stuff, doesn't easily give me money and gets mad at me for any little thing. But, on the other hand, I can talk to her about a lot of things and she also reacts better to my boyfriends and things like that (which I at first found hard to beleive in)...
So you can't really say which I cope with better, I love them both ^^ lol

mam like my friend and more i have fun with my mam and i love her very much i feel conformable with her and she always give me the power and support ^_^ and i love being with her and we have a lovely contact ...

dad there is some limit with him but i love him for his rules he always tell me stores of him and his friends or family ... and he tell the stories in different way from others ... he is so kind ...

and the point that i love being with two of them that mean 50%with mam and 50% with dad .... =^_^=

I don't really know who I get along better, there are different things I can talk about with them and do around with them.
