Thread: Do you like soccer?

I like to personally play soccor but just around with friends. Unfortunatlly I do not have a favorite team seeing as how I barely touch the T.V. nowadays. I think that it's a great sport and it fun to do with friends. Although I have heard good things about Liverpool and if I had to chose I would say they were the best too.

Yeah I love soccer. I have played for 13 years now and plan to keep on playing for at least 3 more. I currently play for my womens college team. Here soccer is pretty popular. When we have games everybody comes to watch. It helps that there are alot of Hispanics in this area to promote soccer because more people are starting to except it. It is also kinda helping with the racist problem, since teams are "mixed" now. I dont really watch much soccer on tv, unless it is world cup,so I dont really have a fav team, but I use to like Chicago FIRE, that was like 2 years ago. I do like Japans national team. I think they have really improved.

Coming from Britian, Soccer is our most popular sport. I personaly don't watch it, but just having a 'Kick About' with a few of my mates is always good for a laugh. The only team I really support would be Scotland and well...

IN my country Soccer is a HUGE deal ... therefore i don't just "like soccer" I LOOOOOVE IT !!!!! It is passionate , emotionant and fun .... and it is something that u can fight and argue about... so i LOOOOOOVE IT !!!!!!

I like playing soccer with friends, but watching it is out of the question for me. I remember going over my sisters house while soccer was on. For 45 minutes I watched it and nothing happened. I can't take watching something with such long spans of no action. It was just back and forth over and over..........don't get me wrong, I can't take baseball either, unless I'm playing it. But that's just me. Sorry mate.

I played soccer when I was younger, but when I moved to where I live now...... They don't have soccer, and probably won't anytime soon I love the sport and really wish that we had a team here. All the places around us do. *sighs* oh well. I LOVE SOCCER!!! .
